What actually differs
With fluoride toothpaste, the biggest difference is how much goes on the brush at each age. Beyond that, kids’ pastes are usually milder and sweeter, and adult pastes lean on stronger mint and more foam. Children are sensitive to strong mint, which is a common reason brushing turns into a fight.
Read the directions on the tube
Whatever you choose, follow the directions on that tube and help young children with the amount and the spitting. Tooth Wizard’s directions are the same for both flavors: a pea-sized amount, brushed gently for 2 minutes.
How Tooth Wizard splits it
Vanilla Mint is cool mint softened with vanilla, made for grown-ups and families. Strawberry is sweet strawberry, made for kids. Both have 10% nano-hydroxyapatite and leave out fluoride, SLS, dyes and parabens. Grown-ups who like it gentler can use Strawberry, and kids who love mint can use Vanilla Mint.
Why two tubes is easier
Separate tubes make the routine feel like theirs, and they let you each pick a flavor you will actually look forward to. That is why our Family Pack is one of each.
